*Please note that we can only book time in 1 hour increments. All indoor training during the winter will be held at TNT Elite Sports Academy at 517 Third Ave. Jessup, PA 18434. We are not affiliated or owned by TNT Elite, we simply rent space from them. Your athlete will have to fill out a waiver to participate on their website, which we will forward to you once a session is booked. They will also have to fill out our waiver and insurance forms. Adherence to COVID precautions and protocols will be required.*

 

Small Group Training (up to 8 athletes at a time): 

• Send your athlete to train with one of our pre-set groups. We have training classes available for all offensive positions, and will be working on setting up defensive position groups as soon as we can.

• Currently we can work out up to 8 athletes at a time. Masks will be required, and distancing and disinfecting measures will be in place. We want to be as SAFE AS POSSIBLE while still getting your athletes better.

• Current Groups:

  • QB (Saturday 10am)

  • Skill - WR / TE / RB (Saturday 11:15am)

  • Big - OL / TE (Saturday 12:30pm)

  • We may have some weekday sessions as well, depending on the popularity of our programs. 

  • These times are tentative and can change weekly. 

• We suggest that you sign on for multiple sessions, as each session will build on each other session. 

 

Private Training: 

• One on one training with one of our coaches. 

• These will be scheduled on a day by day basis to accommodate your schedule. 

 

Team Position Group Training (for High School Coaches):

• This is a unique opportunity to bring an entire position group of your players to us for private training. 

  • Bring us your group, and tell us what you would like to work on. We would be happy to address any issues you’re currently having, or start from scratch and develop a program for you. You stay for the workout - it’s like getting a clinic with your own kids as the examples!

• We would also be happy to arrange a private clinic with your position groups with any “guest” coaches we may invite to work out our athletes. The price on this will vary.
